OUR STORY

Our story is just beginning.

Re-Wild The West was established in 2024 with the aim of raising money to purchase deforested land to replant and provide more areas of wilderness for native flora and fauna to re-establish themselves.

Trees and wild places provide us with a multitude of benefits, including preserving biodiversity, assisting to address climate change and improve our mental health, with time spent in nature and contact with trees being increasingly recognised as beneficial to our mental well-being.. 

We are a not-for-provide charity, registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and overseen by it's 4 directors. 

We will initially be looking at Western Victoria for land to purchase and reforest.
